Beta Team

  • A multidisciplinary group that assesses and responds to reports of students with concerning behaviors
  • Students, Staff, and Parents can report and there is an option to do so anonymously
  • You may choose to not leave the name of the student that you are concerned about, and instead leave your contact information and the BETA team will contact you with resources that they believe will be beneficial
  • Every situation is different, you may or may not hear what steps they are taking depending on confidentiality

Counseling Services

Mental Health Services in University Health Center

  • Provides confidential individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, medical evaluation and management, and referrals to resources in the community, $15 per session, no fee for group therapy (topics include depression, women’s growth, anxiety, relationship violence recovery, eating disorders)
